Do you charge for quotes?
No. Site visits and written quotes are free anywhere in Perth metro. Detailed design packages are quoted separately and credited back if you proceed with the build.
How far out are you booked?
Maintenance usually starts within a week. Construction is typically 3–6 weeks out, longer heading into spring.
Can you work with my own design?
Absolutely — send through the plan with your enquiry and we'll price it as drawn, flagging anything we'd change.
What about payments?
10% deposit to secure the date, progress payments at agreed milestones, balance on handover. Card, bank transfer or finance through Brighte.
